Please contact us within three working days if your item is broken in transit so we can exchange the item or refund your money.

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each item is unique and varies slightly in color and size and shape- we do not offer returns but if you are unhappy for any reason please reach out within 3 business days.

Delivery?

Orders can take up to 3–6 business days to pack and ship. At this time we only ship domestic, within the US, which we send via USPS (for smaller packages) or UPS (for larger packages). Tracking is listed on all orders when your order is packed and shipped.

All GKW pieces are dishwasher safe and lead free. For longevity we do recommend hand-washing your pieces.
